Asked for a part and with out even looking it up she told me I had go to dodge dealer ship with attitude. It's a mopor filter that they sell its even on there sight.i have no idea how or why they made her a manager but after the attitude I left my parts on the counter and walked out.been buying parts here for 7 years not anymore. Feedback: Hire people who know something about cars not people to full diversity quotas.

Im a girl but thats no way to treat a costumer. Went to get a hoes connector, the guy insisted that the ones I wanted to see was too small compared to the sample Ive brought in. He gives me a universal vaccum connector, that looks like its been opened and kept insisting that maybe a costumer with dirty hands opened it, thats why it was black on one end. I asked for a discount and he said no. Walking to the resigster we meet his manager, I presume, who got me a discounted and truthfully explained that it did looked used. Thankful there was someone honest there. Anyways, the item I bought wasnt even the right part. I didnt return it, just I went to a different store. Not a store Ill want to go there again. Feedback: Train your workers to be more polite. Tell them to spend more time helping the costumers not take advantage of them.
